Imagine this: a sea of flowers in every shade— peach, pink, coral, crimson, violet. A gentle ocean breeze blows in from the water, just visible over the treetops in the distance. Birds chirp from their nearby perches while the sun illuminates everything in its late afternoon glow.
This is a day in the life at our farm and starting the second week of August, you are invited to join us! We are opening up the fields on select days for limited Pick Your Own tickets.
Pre-registration is required, and each ticket includes 15 stems and a mason jar to take home. Additional flowers will be available for purchase on site.
Flower varieties will include: marigolds, strawflower, yarrow, zinnias, globe amaranth and celosia, with others to be determined based on availability.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pets, please!
Pick Your Own days are Fridays from 5-8 pm— the perfect date night, girls’ night out, or solo self care ritual. Stay tuned for additional dates and times!
The Farm is located at Island Community Farm on Elizabeth Lane in Middletown. It is a dirt driveway on the left shortly after you turn onto Elizabeth Lane. Drive to the left (past the port-a-john) until you see small garden plots on the right. Parking is along the left hand side on the grass and the flower field is in the back.
